Welcome to the Bible study section of my home page.  This may not be daily, but I will try to update it with a new study as often as I can.  I hope you check here often to see what the current topic is.  I learn as I give this information to you.  I use The Student's Life Application Bible (New Living Translation) so it may be different from your Bible.  I find this version easier to read and understand.  The topics of the day are chosen by what I feel I should discuss, the mood I'm in, or what I feel led to talk about.
If you would like me to cover a certain subject please email me.
I am not a licensed minister or a pastor.

October 28, 1999 :
I am truly sorry once again for the long gap of time that this Bible Study hasn't been updated, I have been very busy with school and all that it is hard to keep up, but I pray that I will be able to update this regularly, thanks for your patience.

the current topic is...

October 28, 1999 - Hate
     Psalm chapter 74, verse 8
8.  Then they thought, "Let's destroy everything!" So they burnded down all the places where God was worshiped.

When enemy armies defeated Israel, they sacked Jerusalem, trying to wipe out every trace of God.  This has often been the response of people who hate God.  Today many are trying to erase all traces of God from traditions in our society and subjects taught in our schools.  Do what you can to help maintain a Christian influence, but don't become discouraged when others appear to make great strides in eliminating all traces of God.  They cannot eliminate his presence in the lives of believers.

For further reading, read Psalm chapter 74

October 7, 1999 - Guilt
     Psalm chapter 19, verses 12-13
12.  How can I know all the sins lurking in my heart?  Cleanse me from these hidden faults.
13.  Keep me from deliberate sins!  Don't let them control me.  Then I will be free of guilt and innocent of great sin.

Many Christians are plagued by guilt.  Guilt can play an important role in bringing us to Christ and in keeping us behaving properly, but it should not cripple us or make us fearful.  God gully and completely forgives us-even for those sins we do unknowingly.
